I've seen many therapists over the years and always felt judged and invalidated, as they always peppered me with "why" questions that left me feeling confused and judged. Ms. Skalsky has never asked me these questions and always made me feel validated. She helped me with my mental and addiction issues, and I've been sober for 4 years now. I'm glad I found her and I heard she is the director of the clinic now-they made a good choice. I highly recommend this therapist!
