I first met Dr. Adams (and medical providers at SWI ENT) when I had a medical emergency after my CPAP blew out my right ear and damaged my hearing significantly in that ear. I found Dr. Adams to be exceptionally professional, compassionate, and patient-friendly. I have seen her three times in the past seven weeks, and would highly recommend her to friends and family. One concern only: Boise location's public lobby smells extremely musty and moldy, and there is visible water damage. Fix it!
