Seanna (Say) was a delight. I've always had difficulty opening up and being honest about my trauma, but she has a way about her that completely disarmed me. Almost from the second we met I felt at ease. This allowed me to truly engage, and is the reason I had such success with her EMDR treatment. Always the utmost professional, she explained her techniques and strategies in simple terms, and could answer any questions I threw at her. I took my sessions seriously and listened to her advice, practicing what I could in my spare time. I've gone to my share of therapists over the years, but never got down to the core of my problems. Say brought me there and together we worked through those traumatic experiences. I am a better person because of her, and my family agrees. I want her to know how much she has meant to me, so I'm writing this review. If you're struggling with something and looking for help, please consider Seanna Jones and East TN EMDR. She changed my life!
