Sean is a compassionate and thoughtful human being. He is EXTREMELY good at helping you identify how your though processes could be negatively affecting your moods. He changed my life by instilling confidence in me which allowed me to see the glass half full rather than empty. Working with him helped me make some major decisions in my life.
