Dr. Zambarano ordered bloodwork before my first appointment. She already knew the vitamins and minerals I was low on, but after our appointment and speaking with her she added certain Minerals vitamins, diet an exercise regime. In all honesty I didn’t start the exercise or really change my diet too much. She just pinpointed what I needed for vitamins and minerals . It made me feel better than I felt in years.. anyone reading this should know I have a abundance of orthopedic problems, as well as some head problems.. i’ve now been seeing her for at least four years on and off. My life is much better thanks to the good Doctor
