Dr. Tranakos (Sarah) is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. My husband and I came to her with some big wounds to overcome and she helped us maneuver through very difficult territory and our relationship is stronger than it’s ever been. Sarah is a brilliant listener, she’s down to earth, insightful and incredibly smart. I highly recommend her for individual and/or couples work.
