I was very upset as my last appointment I received an email and a text to confirm my appointment and I did confirm to both. However after I confirmed and then drive 35-40 minutes to said appointment, there was a note on the door that they were closed that day and would reopen the next. Why could they not of sent a text/email about this? My appointment was at 10:40 . I took time off work to go. Just disappointed. While I am turkey please with Sarah , I am disappointed in not being notified of cancellation.
