There are many good things about Dr. Gladstone, including that she is very smart and knowledgeable. Also, the office, and all of Smart Eye Care, was phenomenally clean. Her areas for improvement include the fact that she was somewhat rushed, and that I got the feeling she didn't quite genuinely care about me - that I was just another patient.
