Sarah is warm, gentle, and brilliant. I don't exaggerate when I say she has changed my life by guiding me through some intense and long needed emotional work. I got incredibly lucky in finding Sarah when I needed help; she was the perfect fit for me. I had never been to therapy before and wasn't even sure where to begin, but Sarah made me feel comfortable and welcome. She has never tried to push me to dig into something I'm not ready discuss, and the whole process has felt natural. It's so great to know I have her as a resource and influence, rooting for me and never judging. I cannot recommend Sarah enough.
