pros ...Mendoza is a wonderfull Nurse Practitioner always so helpfull ,gives great advise ,good attitude and I always look foward to my visit with her ,she has never sterred me wrong !!.....cons ...hard to get ahold of you will never get through on a voice call.her nurse will call you back but it takes about 3 days .most often an apointment is over 30 days out ...the front office at silver creek family practice is curt,calis and uncaring ......but the frustration is worth it just to see Dr. Mendoza
