I asked Darleen, a service person, to fill a prescription for reading glasses and to put tinted lenses in a pair of frames that I have. She took the time to explain what the impact of the numbers in the prescription had on my reading glasses. She completed the job in one week and called when they were complete. I wanted the sunglasses to be a very dark shade of gray. She instructed the technician to leave the lenses in the dye long enough to produce a very dark gray, as I requested. Fully sat
