Have also been seeing Dr. Ratzlaff for about 15 yrs. Always found the experience and care to be excellent. Have had two medical eye emergencies and was seen and cared for promptly. The more recent episode was a retinal detachment and was in his office within a few hours of calling (at 8:03 AM). I noted that he now had an infrared imaging machine that demonstrated involvement of the macula in the rip/detachment - serious business! I was in Abq. the next evening getting surgery due to his prompt referral. As an aside, the optical side (frames, glasses, etc.) has always been generous with their time and trouble keeping my glasses fitted. Alan Mahrenholz
