Absolutely amazing. I have been going to chiropractors for many years with on going back problems. Each Dr. would recommend coming in 3 days a week for adjustments of my spine. After a careful examination Dr. Press said you have a muscle issue, not a back alignment issue. He said my hip flexor muscles were tight causing them to pull on my lower back. He said that is why my back is so stiff when I first wake up and starts to hurt if I sit down too long. He then stretched out my hip extensor muscles, adjusted my lower back, and gave me stretching exercises to do 4 times a day (they take about 2 minutes to do). He said to just come back once a week for 3 or 4 weeks and with my stretching, that should take care of it. It worked! The next morning, I had no stiffness and have had no stiffness since I started going to him. Dr. Press put my health ahead of his own financial gain.
