I felt discouraged seeking therapy due to poor quality therapists. Dr. Pate was my last attempt at seeking therapy because of my bad experiences but I am so glad I gave it another shot because he really helped me work through difficult moments in my life that we’re continuing to negatively impact my adult life. Not only work through it, but also taught me the communication tools I needed to evolve as a person and be the better version of myself that I wanted to become. Trust Dr. Pate to give you the relief you’re seeking and the tools to grow and evolve. He made me feel so comfortable and I am so thankful for his professionalism, thoughtfulness, and engagement in our sessions. Fun fact, Dr. Pate eventually told me he didn’t think I needed our sessions as regularly since i was putting his tools into practice. He’s not here to take your money, he’s there to help and once you’re thriving he’s happy to let you go.
