I worked with Robert Herel for 2 full years from Aug 2020 to Sep 2022. I sought help because I was informed by my company that I would be fired if I did not improve my performance. I was debilitatingly unmotivated, and would respond to stressful work situations by diving into hours of TV, Video Games, and YouTube videos instead of working. It got so bad, that many days I barely worked at all. We made significant improvements in the first couple weeks, and 1.5 years later I received the highest possible performance rating as well as a huge promotion. More significantly, I developed excellent work and life habits that have stayed with me. Separate from my work struggles, he also helped me: Through two tough relationship break-ups, Handle childhood trauma with my parents, and Develop habits outside of work that have led to a happier, productive, and more fulfilling life (including eating healthier, going to the gym every single day, and running my own business outside of work).
