When I spoke with Robert last summer, he told me our session would last 6 months, I was skeptical. 6 months later I am a much better version of myself. He was tough with me because I tend to be a person who easily shuts down. How I wanted to quit, but I knew I needed this to progress in a more positive attitude towards life. Lots of homework to do. We didn't discuss the homework some of the time, but as long as you wrote it in the journal you can always go back and reread it if you need to do it. Robert led the way, but it was up to me to be ready to take on the task. If you want a therapist to just listen and then take your money with no positive outcome, then Robert isn't for you. If you want a no nonsense therapist who will take you out of your comfort zone and make you challenge yourself, will he is your therapist. I am proud how much I have progressed and will continue to progress because he made me realize how much I deserve it.
