10/10 would recommend for anyone with any kind of discomfort or anyone looking to improve their well-being! I cannot say enough about how much my back and feet ailments have improved because of Dr. Blake. Not only do the adjustments and exercises help immensely, but Dr. Blake is so good about explaining what is going on with each joint that causes the pain and discomfort and what each adjustment will do to help. Understanding the process goes such a long way, at least for me in feeling motivated and reassured that I can feel better. The knowledge Dr. Blake has is uncanny at times. Many times, I won't even need to tell him what's bothering me for him to know with just a movement or two on the table. Dr. Blake is a great person as well. It doesn't take much to see how he genuinely cares about his patients, not only in health but as human beings. His sense of humor is also something you're probably not going to find in many doctors. I look forward to every visit!
