Actively listened to the years worth of previously accumulated personal insights and reading, gathered before I had access to professional care. Took my concerns seriously. Helped me develop a treatment plan, as well as goals for growth. Gave encouragement where it was needed, as well as redirection where it was needed. Validated the growth I have seen, and pointed it out when I couldn't see it myself. Wonderful provider/client relationship, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I've done telehealth visits on occasion, but most appointments were in-person.
