Rich is fantastic! He genuinely cared for me and my care, and remembered me 12 months after a procedure. He expressed concern for ensuring my care was ideal by contacting a trusted colleague on his own to have them provide my care this year when he realized he'd be out the day of my procedure. I was touched, and his level of involvement & genuine concern (let alone my great experience with his work) make me trust him implicitly. Can't recommend him highly enough!
