I highly recommend this professional counselor. I have found great success and change in the way I view the world, and freeing myself of beliefs that have not worked for me. The use of the EMRD technique has made an enormous difference for me and I highly recommend it for anyone serious about bringing change into their lives.. She is a talented and skilled professional and can move you through issues at the speed in which you are willing to go.
