I worked with Emelie at her previous location for a period of about six months working on managing my chronic anxiety and developing internal tools for self-management. I was looking for an out-of-network therapist who could accept sliding scale (gig-economy THANKS), and felt like Emelie and I immidiately clicked. As my first foray into behavioral health management I didn't know what to expect, but Emelie helped me establish clear goals for what I wanted to work on. When we reviewed our time together, I felt confident in the gains I had made and feel immensely grateful for Emelie's practice being flexible with my financial and emotional needs. Honestly I have heard some horror stories about therapy and I was initially really skeptical--I'm glad to have met someonw I felt secure talking to. I'd highly recomment Emelie and the rest of her team for anyone struggling to find relatable help in PDX
