After 33 years, dozens of doctors, and over 25 failed medication trials, I'd lost all hope that my bipolar disorder would ever be managed. Rebekah ordered genetic testing, and prescribed medication and supplements based on the results. The first medication was a winner...She had me do a second sleep study where we learned I had developed another more dangerous form of sleep apnea. She also had me address my hormones, causing additional improvements in mood and cognition. Rebekah is kind, compassionate, incredibly bright and funny. What a difference it makes to be heard and validated, and to collaborate with my psychiatrist on a care plan. Rebekah's quite astute, her suggestions and guidance are always helpful and on the mark. Working with her has been a profoundly life-changing gift.. I'm happy and stable for the first time, and finally know what well-being and stability feels like. I was hanging by a thread before I met Rebekah, and now my life is full of possibilities..
