I've been seeing Rebekah for 3 consecutive years to work through my complex PTSD, bipolar, and anxiety. She is understanding, compassionate, patient, and up-to-date with new treatments. I have seen other therapists who didn't know how to help me with the chronic trauma I faced in childhood and that left me feeling broken and unfixable. Rebekah is an intuitive trauma therapist and knows when to push versus when to give space. Her caring and kind nature gave me the room to be able to open up to her over time. Without her guidance through EMDR and brainspotting, I don't know if I ever would have been able to process past events and unravel how they impact my present. Her help has drastically improved my quality of life. I appreciate Rebs so, so much!
