Raymond is great. He helped me work through a traumatic event in my life and gave me the tools to continue to take care of myself after therapy. I liked that he was straight forward which in turn made me see myself and the reality I was living in. You have to be ready to look at yourself honestly and want to be helped. You do have to make an effort just like any other therapy. He was a good match for me and I would definitely recommend him to people.
