Mr. Heim used EMDR with my then 9 year old son, who was a victim of sexual abuse from a family friend. My son is now a senior in high school and seeing a therapist for anxiety. Of course, they explored that past abuse and surprisingly, he has no guilt or self-blame. In fact, discussing the abuse doesn't really elicit any negative emotions. In a session he said "maybe what Mr. Ray did, really worked". We are so grateful to Mr. R for helping our son.
