He changed my life!. He communicated clearly and helped me understand what was going on and what steps I could take to help. Most of all he empowered me. He was the first person who believed that I was not not broken, nor abnormal. I left his office feeling like a life time of shame and guilt had been lifted away. I now know that I am the one who who is in charge of me and my thoughts, feelings, actions and beliefs.
