We both found her to be easy to talk to as she took time to listen, and then ask specific questions. In addition she is one of those dot-every-I, cross every T people who won't rest until she has found appropriate avenue of treatment in co-ordination with the treating physician. We miss her very much but also wish her well as she continues in her profession.
