I had been going to Dr. TRAN for 15 + years.. and when I moved to Iowa I was thrilled she was working in CB as well.. but, then she changed to west Omaha only.. omg I went to 2 different optometrists and I do realize I have a difficult Rx. But I didn't realize how difficult it really is.. because Dr. TRAN effortlessly did the math.. the other two Dr's. I tried.. NEITHER of them got it right.. and I'm not talking about a subtle difference.. the one guy 2.trial pairs..bifocal contacts.. well on one trial pair I could see out the top for distance perfectly until I got to the 15 ft. Marker.. and BLAH... BUT the bottom half for readers was ZERO clear.. and then on the other trial pair.. EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE.. CRYSTAL clear to read... at 5 ft..everything was blurry.. I didn't want to waste time w the second Dr. So I gave him a copy of Dr. TRANS Rx. For reference and he scoffed and said this number doesn't make sense.. and Sure enough his trial pair.. jacked up the same way.. So I still don't have a Rx that's correct.. the one guy was frustrated with my Rx. And blamed me more or less and then just rewroteD4. Trans 5yr. Old Rx.. and my eyes have changed since then.. so I will make the 30 mile trip to go back to D4. Tran apparently nobody on this side of the river does the math.. gotta make an appointment w Dr Tran right now before its 5 months out to see her.. cuz she's that amazing!! I hope she NEVER moves outta state.. and if she does I hope she picks a State that I like too.. haha.. Rock On Dr. TRAN!!
