I have been with Petra as my therapist for nearly a year and have only very positive things to say and feedback to give. Her dedication and desire to help me discover the possible reasons and results of my personal behaviors are very apparent. She has created an environment where it feels very safe, when that is such a key factor to my healing, learning and progressing. Even when certain problems seem insurmountable, I ALWAYS leave my sessions feeling hopeful and focused. One thing I truly appreciate is Petra’s obvious love for personal health and well-being, and teaching me ways to feel and stay grounded through nature, exercise and personalized ways to help me achieve this. I feel that I am in VERY CAPABLE hands and look forward to the continued growth I’ve experienced so far with Petra.
