He was very kind and understanding, and he provided a new/unique perspective on my recent ADHD diagnosis that gave me a lot of hope. When asking questions he was direct and straightforward, and when I had to speak about sensitive topics he acknowledged them but didn't react emotionally (which I seriously appreciated). Telehealth appointments can be difficult, but he was engaging and made me feel heard and trusted even though it was remote.
