Dr Paul Brummond is a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. I had concerns about more injury being caused by overdoing it during physical therapy but he was very careful not to push me beyond my limits. On days when I was having more pain than usual and didn't feel like I could exercise he had me do stretches only, and he did therapeutic massage to help lessen my pain. I highly recommend giving him a try for your physical therapy.
