I am SO lucky to have found Pam. She listens attentively, validates my feelings, and I truly feel like she HEARS what I say. I’ve never felt so immediately comfortable with a provider before. I feel like I am treated as a human, not just another patient. I also feel like Pam believes I am the expert on my experiences and needs, which is unfortunately rare in medical care these days. I have had numerous poor experiences with other providers, so she has truly restored my faith that there are good medical providers in the field. I trust her and feel that she reciprocates that and trusts me as well. I just can’t fully express how much I appreciate her.
