Dr Olson is nearly a 5 star rating on google for a reason. Hes not about an overnight fix, for a couple weeks when ypu start feeling crappy again. He wants people to feel good long term. It takes us years to damage our bodies...its going to take time to fix them too. If you want the quick fix and ypur back to feel cruddy again in a couple weeks stay on your current regimen. If you're more interested in fixing your spine and overall health long term, youve come to the right place!
