Dr. Nguy is hands down the most professional, likeable, knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, and (most importantly) EFFECTIVE mental health professional. I have always left our sessions feeling heard, and she balances being supportive of me and allowing me to express myself freely with holding me lovingly accountable for personal growth. Scheduling has never been an issue and she runs her practice in an efficient and organized manner. She has always been engaged in our sessions, takes notes in a way that is not distracting, and remembers details I have shared with her in the past. I feel incredibly heard and safe with Dr. Nguy. I have been working with her for over 3 years and hold only gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Nguy. Thanks to the work we've done together, I finally have a handle on my IBS, anxiety, and depression. She is truly a gem and working with her has helped me find internal peace and strength.
