For over three years, Nicole Pangborn has been my husband and my primary care person. She is thorough, spends time with us, listens well, and asks good questions. She writes everything down and gives us a copy of the notes at the end of each visit. She is proactive and keeps track of other medical services received, such as dentists, eye doctors, specialists, etc. She is easy to reach through the facility's patient messaging system if a prescription renewal is needed or for other reasons. If you ask her a question, she will research the answer and follow up with a solution.
