I saw Nick in person just once, the day before the covid shutdown. I had just three more virtual visits. I had insomnia since 2007-2019... What Nick taught me made so much sense. After practicing his methods for three months I was sleeping almost every night, and rarely taking any meds or supplements. He made it easy and natural. I would recommend him to any one who has dealt with the curse of insomnia.
