The staff was very kind and courteous, attentive to my concerns, spent a lot of time answering my questions, and was very knowledgeable. He provided me with a lot of information to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Nguyen Tran as an optimal resource for those suffering hearing loss. He could have sold me the highest priced item, but instead he picked one that was right for me that alleviated my financial and aesthetic concerns.
