Only had one appointment, but literally every step of the way was amazing. Her front office person is both efficient and friendly. I got an appointment for the following week and was very satisfied. They called the next day because they needed to reschedule and got us in even earlier and on a Saturday. The lobby was empty and if I’d prefilled the paperwork they emailed I doubt we would have had to wait at all. Ngozi was amazing. Her bedside manner put my daughter right at ease and already the medication is helping. Couldn’t be happier, especially compared to the last place.
