Dr. Pearce is professional, kind, and most importantly, a fine diagnostician. I have even gone to her for typical medical problems trusting her over a regular M.D. Of course, she will tell you when you need to see an M.D. I know Dr. Pearce often goes to seminars to stay updated on techniques and further education. That impresses me greatly. She's in it to be a doctor, not just a business.
