Nancy, is really the best. She's been helping me 1.5+ yrs now...in fact at abt 2 yrs. I was affected by covid19 & still am not 100%. Still on oxygen at home but have portable air also. Emotionally covid took me and destroyed me & much of my confidence. Physically almost killed me 2 times in 1st week I was in hospital for 4 months when no vaccine & nothing to save except 2 meds doctors were giving me. Lots of PTSD. I do monthly video chat zoom mtg with her. She is always on time, very much ready to listen in 2 way discussion as to what's going on, what are concerns,etc. Great listener & non-bias solutions. If you need a great,truly great counselor please give her a try. There is a good reason DuPage County Health Dept. has her as a staff member. She's one of the best. Too many counselors giving assistance when they are looking for answers as to their own problems. Nancy IS totally 100% stable with not any issues I am aware of, unlike many counselors,she's rare indeed.
