Related to old computer system: Mixed up patient names. Made several errors along the way. Really old and clunky computer system fraught with errors. Billed over $200 each for 'diagnostic services' for two family members who went in for routine exams, 6 months after the visit! Make sure to ask for 'Routine eye exam without any diagnostic testing' to avoid higher bills unless there is a medical issue. Office manager was super helpful in resolving misunderstandings and Dr. Loveland is one of a kind, herself. The optometry staff was also very kind and friendly.
