I have been seeing Dr.Brown for about 3 years now. Other reviews of her being one sided or destroy families are from parents who haven’t treated their children right and Dr. Brown will call unhelpful behaviors or parenting out. She is honest, kind, and does what is right for her patient's especially for kids who have been through trauma with their parent’s. Some people leave bad reviews because Dr.Brown actually taught boundaries. If you want someone who won’t sugar coat and with build you up and help repair relationships she is the therapist for you. She is compassionate and empathetic regarding anything you tell her and doesn’t treat her patient’s like they need to be fixed. She is very blunt and she even says this herself, so she won’t hold back or lie to you. I am sorry that she doesn’t have all 5 stars because people who don’t want to learn or grow say she destroys families when she only wants to help others and do her job. I love Dr.Brown and appreciate how much she helps me.
