Monika is the absolute best therapist with whom I have ever worked. Through her unique perspective I have come to understand things about myself that I never did before. I trust her. I feel safe with her. I am able to share things with her that I never thought I would say to anyone. This has been a huge help! Monika has great compassion. I can ask her any question without fear of judgment. She will answer and explain at a level I can understand. She hears me beyond just listening and she picks up on things I have trouble communicating. She is quite observant! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding. Also, when necessary, she can be firm, but fair with me. I am always learning something insightful in our work together. She is very ethical and sticks to therapeutic boundaries which I personally appreciate and respect. She never gives up on me though at times I give up on myself. She has great ideas that motivate me to keep on going. Monika is the best! :)
