The office staff is friendly & helpful. There is usually very little, if any, time waiting for appointment. I can get an appointment scheduled within a short time. Dr Kiefer is friendly, takes her time listening to your concerns & health/body problems. She treats you according to your needs & gives suggestions of other things that could help.
