I met with monica Cengia in December 2021. I was recovering from nearly dying from Covid. I was over 405 pounds when I went into hospital. I found monica and she checked all the boxes for me. Certified in multiple areas. She had play food out so I could visualize portions and how to balance a plate. She made a plan for me based on type of foods I love. I asked questions and she was wonderful breaking down answers and teaching me the tools to change my life. Fast forward 19 months I have lost 187 lbs! I went back to her recently to revise my plan to fit me where I am today! I'm very grateful that I found her. She literally changed my life! Highly recommend!!
