Michele not only listens to you and cares about your problems but also is willing to trust your feedback, especially if it's for recurring problems like say frequent sinus infections. In the world of online medical research many health care professionals often dismiss patients that begin the conversation with so I was looking into my symptoms, more often than not, with an I know more than you attitude! I've never gotten that from Michele!
