Michele has been a critical component in helping me course correct my life journey. I started counseling services with her in the beginning of this year when I was hopeless in fixing my broken life. I wound up going to a 30-day addiction treatment program soon after I met her and the few sessions we had prior to rehab really prepared me to get the most out of that month. Between Michele’s conversational and EMDR session approach, I have never felt better mentally and more in control of my life. I finally understand the root causes of my problems and have successfully rewired myself to have a better life. And, I am finally medication free now after 13 years. Michele’s good nature and thoughtful approach to problem solving was a life changer for me.
