I have been seeing Michael for a few years now and he has really helped me navigate through the stressors of my life. His presence is very calming, and though I am one of the more closed off people on this planet, he has the ability to get me to open up like no one has before. He always listens to my concerns while never rushing me, allowing me to reach many conclusions on my own. He shows care, compassion and understanding to my concerns while using real life scenarios to allow me to reflect. Michael’s style helps me to find what emotions are causing the issue and helps me process them. He will treat you as an individual, with respect and genuine empathy.
