Wonderful doctor, horrible billing office! The biller could not get a procedure code paid so they billed me instead of trying to figure out what they did wrong (billed for a procedure I DID NOT HAVE) and they also applied a diagnosis code that was incorrect so that line combined with the procedure code is why this did not get paid. (My authorization was not for the procedure they were trying to bill for. I called the office, sent them letters and insurance EOBs to explain and also called my insurance company explained what was going on with this bill and they agreed with me. They tried to call the billing supervisor and it went to her voice mail so they left a message for her to call them. The supervisor NEVER returned the insurance companies call.
