I saw Dr. Keller during my high school years primarily regarding an complicated relationship with a potentially mentally-ill parent and he served to bridge the gap between the two of us, open up new levels of understanding and mitigate the tension in my household. Prior to seeing Dr. Keller, every discussion with my parent-in-question would result in a hellish argument. Following a year of sessions with him in which myself and my parent would both go separately, I saw progress. This is saying a lot considering said parent is very stubborn, old school and uncommunicative.
